We have developed a unique program that allows you to design your own adoption, from full service to an independent "Parent Initiated" adoption.

Americans Adopting Orphans is a licensed, not-for-profit adoption agency headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with a branch office in St. Louis, Missouri. We provide adoption and educational services to American citizens in all 50 states, and around the world.
