Family Application Form

To become a client of Americans Adopting Orphans, please fill out the Family Application Form, print it out, and send it to us with a $175 application fee ($184 for credit card or PayPal). We will consider your application and provide you with a written response within two weeks.

In addition, if necessary (see Family Application Form), please fill out the Family Application Form Addendum and attach it to the Family Application Form.

The application forms are Microsoft Word documents, and will require Word to fill out. You may request a paper copy of our forms by contacting us.
