How to Begin Working with Us

Just fill out, sign, and return the accompanying Family Application Form along with a check for the $175 application fee. If you are accepted as a client of Americans Adopting Orphans, we will send you our General Contract to sign and return along with the Program Fee. (No Program Fee is required for Home Study Only families.) At that time you may also return our Service Order Form and a check for the service(s) of your choice, or request a meeting to establish an adoption plan. You need only sign up for one step at a time.

If you have any questions, would like to discuss your adoption needs in more detail, or would like to arrange for a personalized program that falls outside the steps outlined above, please give us a call. We are always happy to schedule evening and weekend appointments for your convenience. If you are not in the Seattle area, we will correspond with you by telephone, fax, surface mail, or electronic mail. Our normal business hours are 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Friday, and evenings & weekends by appointment. These are the times when we set in-person and telephone appointments, are most likely to be available to answer calls, and when we normally return phone calls.
